STORY
 The core of this enterprise is focused on the
long and successful career of George Langill in Health Care
Management. As a proactive health leader, he has accomplished
numerous successes and enormous recognition over his 35 plus years in
this area of specialization.
Mr. Langill has gained an excellent reputation in the
management of complex projects bringing several major
initiatives to
successful fruition over his career and in some cases against all
odds. These include the development and operation of:

a major regional tertiary rehabilitation
center

a long term care facility

a secure forensic psychiatric treatment center
as a provincial resource

a drug and alcohol rehabilitation center

a community based head injury facility and
program

a new mental health center under a P3 model
for development and operation including a research
institute.
Mr. Langill has demonstrated skill at setting the strategic
plan for organizations and in developing organizational
frameworks, teams and motivation to guarantee success. He was
one of the first in the Canadian Health Care sector to apply a
Public, Private, Partnership (P3) methodology of Design Build Finance Operate (DBFO) to a major
Health Care development.
